PacknWood is pleased to announce its newest product: Rectangular Microflute Baking Molds. 

The baking molds are made out of cardboard, which is 100% biodegradable. It features a wood color that is neutral and puts the focus on the food, not the packaging. Since food can be baked in the mold and then sold, a separate liner or package is not needed.

It is available in 4 different sizes:

• 5.5 x 2.6 x 2 in (SKU: 210MBAKE518)
• 7.1 x 2.6 x 2.2 in (SKU: 210MBAKE769)
• 7.1 x 3.15 x 2.2 in (SKU: 210MBAKE904)

There is a 14.2” by 22” tray version (SKU 210MBAKE5X4) that holds 20 small molds. This is a convenient way to bake 20 small cakes or sweet breads at once.

“It is one of the many products in our lineup that focuses on making it easier for bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants to operate and utilize eco-friendly products,” says Adam Merran, Chief Executive Officer at PacknWood USA. “Traditionally you’d have to have to use separate pans, liners, and packaging to sell some individual cakes or treats. With this baking mold, you can simplify the process and bake in the mold that you’ll sell the product in.
